You'll find Bolton's Leaving Care Team in the same building as us - The BASE on Marsden Road You can call in to see them between 10am and 4pm or give them a ring on 01204 337376. The Leaving Care Team works closely with a number of local housing organisations and we have a Connexions Personal Adviser based with them.
I need somewhere to stay now
- Ask your friends or family if you can stay with them.
- If you are 16-17 years old see the Leaving Care Team (details above).
- If you are 18+ go to Bolton's Housing Options Centre on Silverwell Lane, tel: 01204 335900 for initial advice.
The agencies mentioned above can help refer you to specialist accommodation for vulnerable young people in crisis.
