Little Lever School achieve Inspiring IAG Bronze

18 June 2012

Little Lever School in Bolton has been awarded the Bronze Standard of the Inspiring IAG Award.

They are one of a growing number of schools in the borough to achieve this level of recognition for the careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) they provide for their pupils.

The Inspiring IAG Award is a quality framework that schools, colleges, work-based learning providers and youth support services can use to assess their current CE/IAG provision and identify areas for improvement.  To achieve Bronze Standard, organisations must formally commit to improving their provision, submit written evidence to show how they are meeting the basics and draw up an action plan outlining how they intend to improve their provision.
